How do I get support?
Simply contact our supporters by mail via our support desk. All supporters are experienced translators. You may also find answers to more common questions on the Support page.
DO i need to renew my license?
One-month licenses renew automatically on expiry unless you cancel from your Account page. All other licenses need to be renewed when they expire one year after purchase. Once licenses expire, you will no longet be able to search Pharmacorpus.
How often do you release new content?
All data are updated every 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the popularity of the language combination in question.
Special invoice requirements possible?
If you need a purchase order number contact person or similar to appear on your invoice, select Manual payment during checkout. You will then get access immediately and we will send you and e-mail to learn of any requirements you may have to your invoice and how you prefer settling.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial so you can take time to try Pharmacorpus and determine which license is the best for you.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we do! We firmly stand behind the quality of our product and will refund 100% of your money within 7 days of purchase if you are unhappy with the product.
Can I cancel my subscription?
All licences can be cancelled at anytime from your Account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your license expires.
Can I have a 1-month licence that is not recurring?
All 1-month licenses are recurring. That means they will renew automatically upon expiry.
If you want a 1-month license and don’t want to renew, you can subscribe and then cancel immediately. Once cancelled, your license will not renew automatically and will expire on the expiration date. Once expired, you will no longer receive automatic updates or have access to support. You may manually renew your license at any time to reactivate your subscription.
